Penn Medicine Montgomeryville

Penn Medicine’s Montgomeryville Outpatient Care Facility is a new 162,000-square-foot, four-story multispecialty ambulatory care center. It is designed to expand access to outpatient services throughout the Philadelphia suburbs.

Durapods is providing [132] prefabricated modules for the building, including complete exam room pods, bathroom pods, teledata (TDR) rooms, and panelized infusion bay systems. The project shows how volumetric and panelized prefabrication can work together to improve coordination, quality, and installation efficiency in a flexible, patient-centered care environment.
