Cleveland Clinic is undertaking a major expansion of its Avon campus, adding to both Avon Hospital and the Richard E. Jacobs Health Center. The expansion increases inpatient capacity and meets growing demand for healthcare services across the region.

Durapods is providing 175 prefabricated bathroom pods in med-surg and ICU configurations. The project is delivered through Integrated Project Delivery (IPD), a collaborative model that brings the owner, designers, and builders together early.
