PDM was hired as a Trade Partner for this project including prefab bathroom pods. The project was not designed for bathroom pods and that brought some unique challenges. Nevertheless, PDM was able to prefabricate 136 bathrooms for this facility. Working with Skanska, PDM created an on-site manufacturing facility to accomplish this effort. The project opened three months ahead of schedule and part of that success story was the positive impact using prefab bathroom pods had on contract schedule.
